The Y Velo Flippa is one of the most versatile bikes out there for preparing kids for life on two wheels.

Four Ways to Ride Y Velo Flippa
1. The Y Velo Flippa push trike mode provides easy steering so that you can guide them as they find their feet and get used to the feeling of riding a Flippa tricycle
2. Help your kids practice their skills and turn them into little racers. A trike will give them the comfort of three wheels while allowing them to gain confidence and the steering skills that will follow them throughout their future bike riding days.
3. Turn the Tlippa tricycle into a balance bike with push handle. By folding the back two wheels together and reinserting the parent’s handle, you’ll help your children progress from tricycle to bicycle with the confidence that mum or dad are there to keep them steady.
4. Finally, when your little ones have gained more confidence, remove the parent’s handle and turn the Y Velo Flippa into a balance bike so your children can progress to the next bike riding step.
‘Twist and Flip’ Design
We wanted to ensure that we created an easy-to-convert balance bike. Parents simply have to press a button and flip the two rear wheels inwards. This effortless action will turn the Y Velo Flippa from a trike to a balance bike in seconds.
Removable Pedals
The pedals of the Y Velo Flippa are not only removable but they can also be stored neatly under the seat of the bike so you can remove and reattach them on the go depending on how your little one wants to ride.
Adjustable Seat and Handlebars
We wanted to ensure that the Y Velo Flippa lasts your little one as long as possible, allowing them to get the most fun out of their bike. The adjustable seat allows the trike to balance bike to grow with your tyke. The Y Velo Flippa is suitable for children aged 2 to 5 years, and up to 44lbs (20kg).
Designed for Safety
Safety is of the utmost importance to us when designing our range of kids’ bikes, and the Y Velo Flippa has larger wheels and higher ground clearance to ensure a safer riding experience, as well as making it easier for your little ones to move across uneven surfaces. The three-wheel design, both as a tricycle and with the rear wheels flipped together for the balance bike mode, guarantees more stability for beginners who have yet to master the art of good balance.

Best little tricycle availableThis was such a delightful surprise! We picked it for the cute design and color, but after assembling and using, we discovered the quality was amazing! It’s so smooth and doesn’t make any weird squeaking sounds that a previous radio flyer version made. The kids all love it from our 1 1/2 year old to our 5 1/2 year old. I love that the wheels are a closed design so that they don’t pick up on debris as much as other bikes. The best part is attachable handle that ALSO steers. We have had so many other bikes and always ended up having to bend over to try to help the kids steer. This was such a thoughtful design!

Y velo flippa 4 in 1 balance bike to trikeI am so glad to get this wonderfully designed toy for my grandson of 1.5 years old. He immediately falls in love with it. It is now used as a trike because he is too young to know how to keep balance, but I am sure he will know how to use it as a bike very soon. It can also be controlled by an adult easily. A perfect gift. I strongly recommend it.

High qualityThis was a Christmas gift for my 23 month old grandson. Frankie absolutely loves it and my son can steer it easily until he’s old enough to do this himself. This is a high quality product and I would definitely recommend it.

Great ideaThe Y Velo Flippa 4 in 1 bike is an ingenious idea! The idea of me being able to push my child and then it turned into a trike and then a bicycle is really an awesome idea. My child absolutely loves it. He is two years old and his brother is almost 4 , they both love it . It was pretty easy to put together and it’s easy to change into a bike or a trike.I also like the idea that I can steer it by the steering rod in the back end it even has a cupholder for me.

Good but needs improvementThe look of the bike is nice. The plastic wheels are meant for extremely smooth surfaces. (I.E. basketball court) The directions for flipping the rear wheels are not accurate. My advice is try having marketing show how to flip rear wheels back and forth. Maybe tougher wheel plastic?

Two-year old loves his flippa!We bought this for our 23-month-old son to build confidence on wheels and enjoy neighborhood strolls. He was initially afraid to try his larger tricycle or balance bike, but got onto his Flippa right away. We’ve been cruising the neighborhood with the stationary footrest and he loves it! We receive compliments from other toddler parents and look forward to trying the conversions when our kiddo is ready!

Loved by kids and parents alike!I purchased this for my daughter with the intent of teach her how to ride a bike and it has been nothing short of amazing. She is currently only in trike mode but she loves it so far, and the handle on the back lets my husband and I keep her under control if she starts to get away from us. Very easily converts to bike mode as well for when she is ready to make the transition. The green paint is absolutely beautiful (for as long as it lasts with kids) and it has become my daughters favorite toy as of now. I've let friends borrow it to test with their kids and have only heard good things in return!

So much fun!Very happy with my purchase - our 2 year old girl loves it! We go on long walks and the wheels roll smoothly over all kind of rough terrain (lawn) as well as pavement. I like the simple design and the long handlebar to assist until our girl can reach the pedals. Assembly was easy enough, except the wheel cover has to go on first, which was not well shown in the picture only instructions. Written instruction would be nice and better photos for assembly. It's a little bit trail and error, but then I'm not the best assembler to begin with. Thanks for a nice, sturdy beautiful product.
