Exchange & Returns

RETURN GUIDELINES

Overall Return Guidelines are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from YVOLUTION.COM. If you purchase products through offline channels, please contact the final vendor who sells the products to you.

All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • Please keep the original package for at least 30 days within the return policy period in case of any return or replacement request.

  • All product returns require a RMA service order number. You may obtain a service number by contacting our Customer Service Center through email at support@yvolution.com or via phone (EU/UK on +44 800 802 1197 or USA - 855-981- 717).

  • Please send a couple of images of the problem or issue to the email address stated in the previous point.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. (i.e. if a return is initiated for a defective product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

Products that are received by Yvolution in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from YVOLUTION.COM

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage or liquid damage.

  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Get a full refund on any product if you return it within 14 days of receipt. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations. The item must be returned with its original box and all items that were included within. If an item shows sign of usage or damage, your refund may be reduced to cover the costs to us of this usage or damage. Please contact support@yvolution.com before returning any item to us.

FAULTY PURCHASE:

If you have purchased a product that becomes faulty within the first 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. All faulty returns will be checked to ensure the fault is as described. If the fault cannot be replicated return will not be accepted and will be returned to you within 14 days. In the event that you are entitled to a replacement or repair, the transportation charges will not be applied.

RETURNS AFTER 28 DAYS:

If your e-scooter becomes faulty after 28 days but within the warranty time period you can contact us for repair.

CHECKLIST

Before returning any Product(s) to Yvolution please check that you have:

  • Enclosed the returns form in the box.

  • Attached the address label to the outside of the box.

  • Enclosed all accessories in the box (warranties and other material supplied), unless informed otherwise.

  • Used all packaging that was originally supplied.

  • Sealed the packaging securely.
