Exchange & Returns | Yvolution - return guidelines detailed on how to return an item or even get an order refund. Exchange & Returns RETURN GUIDELINES Overall Return Guidelines are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from YVOLUTION.COM. If you purchase products through offline channels, please contact the final vendor who sells the products to you. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. Please keep the original package for at least 30 days within the return policy period in case of any return or replacement request. All product returns require a RMA service order number. Please send a couple of images of the problem or issue to the email address stated in the previous point. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.
